By accessing and using the Marvany Jóias website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any item, we recommend that you do not use the website.

To make purchases, the customer must provide true, complete and updated information. Marvany Jóias is not responsible for incorrect data provided at the time of registration.
3. Products and Prices
Product prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
All products are subject to stock availability.
4. Payment
We accept several secure payment methods. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation by the financial operator.
5. Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen. After posting, the customer will receive the tracking code.
6. Exchanges and Returns
The conditions for returns are described in our Return Policy. Personalized products cannot be returned, except for defects.
7. Intellectual Property

Return policy
At Marvany Jóias, we value customer satisfaction and transparency at every stage of the purchase. Therefore, our exchange and return policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90) and is valid for all purchases made in our online store.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Art. 49 of the CDC)
As provided by law, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to exercise the right to withdraw.
Important: This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, as per the exception provided for in article 49, sole paragraph of the CDC.
2. Custom and Personalized Products
Our products are custom-made and/or personalized according to the customer's request. Therefore, we do not make exchanges or returns due to regret in these cases, except in situations of:
Manufacturing defect;
Product does not match the order placed.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations will only be accepted if requested prior to the start of production. Once manufacturing has begun, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
3. Defective or Different Product from Order
If the product has any defect or is different from what was requested, the customer must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, via email contato@marvanyjoias.com.br or WhatsApp (24) 99996-8415.
Application Procedure
To start the return process:
Send an email to contato@marvanyjoias.com.br stating:
Order number;
Full name;
Reason for return;
Product photos if needed.
After the request, our team will analyze the case and provide instructions for sending the product.
4. Shipping Costs
The first return shipment is free of charge for the customer, as long as it is within the legal period of 7 days.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice and warranty certificate (if applicable).
After analysis, if the defect or discrepancy is confirmed, the customer may choose to:
Product exchange;
Full refund;
Store credit.
5. Conditions for Exchange/Return
The product must not have been used;
The original packaging must be preserved;
It is necessary to present the invoice and order number.
6. Deadlines
Deadline for request: up to 7 calendar days after receipt;
Deadline for analysis after receipt of the item: up to 5 business days;
Deadline for refund or sending of a new part: up to 10 business days after approval.
Purchase/Delivery Policy
At Marvany Jóias, each piece is made with dedication, exclusivity and care, guaranteeing a high-quality product that reflects our commitment to luxury and sophistication.
🛒 Purchase Process
When making a purchase on our website, the order will be confirmed after payment approval.
Once the purchase is made, one of our sales representatives will contact the customer to confirm all the details.
All available products are manufactured on demand.
The customer will be notified by email about the status of the order, from confirmation to shipping.
🛠️ Made to Order Production
As our jewelry is carefully handcrafted, we request a period of up to 1 to 15 business days for the manufacture of our products according to demand.
This period starts counting after payment confirmation.
If the product is available in stock, shipping will be made within 2 business days.
🚚 Shipping and Delivery Time
After the production period, the order will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
Delivery time varies depending on the customer's region and the selected carrier.
Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the delivery in real time.
⚠️ Important Notes
We will keep the customer informed about each step of the process, from order confirmation, start of production, until the product is shipped. All updates will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that the delivery details are correct at the time of purchase to avoid delays.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays, the production period may be extended. In these cases, we will keep the customer informed.
Marvany Jóias is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as strikes, natural disasters or logistical problems with carriers.
Points Program Policy - Marvany Club
Clube Marvany is Marvany Jóias' exclusive loyalty program, developed to reward our customers with special advantages on their purchases.
🪙 How it Works
For every R$1 spent, the customer accumulates 1 point in their account.
Points can be exchanged for discounts on participating products, which will be clearly marked on the website.
Points do not expire and are available for use indefinitely.
👥 Who Can Participate
Only customers registered on the Marvany Jóias website participate in the program.
By registering and accepting the terms of use and privacy, the customer automatically agrees to the rules of this program.
Points are personal, non-transferable and linked to the CPF provided at the time of purchase.
⏱️ Release and Use of Points
Points are released 7 days after confirmation of order delivery, provided there are no requests for exchange or refund within this period.
If the order is cancelled or refunded, the points accumulated for that purchase will be automatically refunded.
Points used for purchases are non-refundable, even in the event of a partial or total return of the order.
🚫 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to misuse the points system will be considered fraudulent practice.
Marvany Jóias reserves the right to suspend or cancel the points balance and/or block access to the Clube Marvany program if conduct is identified that characterizes bad faith, abuse or an attempt to obtain undue advantage.
In case of suspicion, the company may request additional validation of the customer's data and temporarily withhold the use of points until investigation.
📌 General Conditions
Accumulated points have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be converted into cash.
Marvany Jóias may update or terminate the program at any time, with at least 30 days' notice, communicated by email or on the website itself.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the program conditions and the points available in their account.
All program rules comply with the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
